Quality objectives:
To be a trustworthy manufacturer and service provider, and continuously improve the quality of management and products to ensure a first-pass yield of 98% and complaint handling rate of 100%.
1. Customer and quality oriented management process    
          Customer orientation means CHN-Drive is anxious and careful about what customer cares, and aimed to “provide valuable solutions, products and services, develop the enterprise and serve the society” in the whole process of project operation and management.
(1) Design review: After completion engineering design, the company will hold a design review meeting to jointly check whether it meets all functions specified in the Technology Agreement;
(2) Delivery test: During manufacturing and test, our employees will work together with electrical engineers of the customer to make them fully understand the system structure and technical characteristics of the engineering project;
(3) Site commissioning: During field commissioning and after-sale services, we will perform load test and functional test of the production equipment, and provide free technical training for electrical engineers assigned by the customer;
(4) Technical services: If technical services are required in the project site, our technical personnel will arrive within the shortest time as possible (generally within 24 hours).
Quality orientation means the company will perform monitoring over the whole process from design, manufacturing, commissioning to after-sale service in strict accordance with relevant standards to ensure the quality of all links and processes and the whole electrical control device.
2. Measures for quality assurance
In the process of design and manufacturing of rig control devices, we will strictly follow the ISO9001:2000 quality assurance system, relevant international and national standards and specifications, contracts and technical agreements in design, manufacturing and commissioning, and assign a special quality inspection for participating in test of electrical devices.
(1) Main elements of international famous brands;
(2) Installation of elements in the electrical control cabinet as per relevant standards and specifications;
(3) Numbering of electrical control cabinet, operating console and control room in the engineering project, collection, sorting and cataloguing of tracking card, inspection card, delivery test report and relevant quality records as an important part of “quality assurance archives”;
(4) Preparing the commissioning plan of electrical control cabinet and system for review by the owner, performing test item by item according to the plan, and completing the test report;
(5) Compiling the Electrical Manual, Operation Manual and Maintenance Manual.
