The drive control system is divided into the DC drive system and AC variable frequency drive system.
DC drive system:
The DC control system controls SCR elements and rectifies constant-voltage and constant-frequency AC power into continuously adjustable DC power. The rectifying device is a three-phase controlled bridge rectifier, which is separated from the AC grid through circuit-breaker. The bridge rectifier provides power supply for DC motor through the assigned contactor to realize speed and torque control of drilling winch, sludge pump, rotary table and the top drive, stepless speed regulation, and comply with the requirements for drilling.
AC variable frequency drive system:
It adopts the electrical drive system of drilling rig that is developed on the basis of SIEMENS, ABB, VACON and other converters. This system can also use the CND 120 converters independently developed by our company with better cost performance.
Control objects:
Motors of winch, sludge pump, rotary table and auto-driller.
