With the continuous advancement of development, our company initiated the ZJ30DC electric energy storage side drilling rig system project in early 2015. By the end of 2015, the system successfully completed its industrial test at Well Hu 68-Side 4 in the Zhongyuan Oilfield of CNPC. Major domestic petroleum and energy storage system websites featured the achievement as headline news.
Technical Features:
Building upon the original XJ250 energy storage workover rig, the product incorporates new technologies such as DC microgrids, potential energy recovery, and AC grid-connected inversion. It addresses the grid-connection challenges of different power supply units like grid electricity and generators, effectively recovers potential energy during system descent, and enables "a small horse pulling a heavy load" through the collaboration of energy storage capacitors with auxiliary generators or small grid systems. By utilizing the oilfield's grid power, shutting down high-fuel-consumption main generators, and preventing incomplete combustion of diesel generators during sudden load changes, the system achieves energy savings of over 25%.
