Driller Operation Control System
This system enables data transmission by PLC and PROFIBUS-DP bus for control of winch, rotary table, sludge pump and automatic driller, and is monitored by an industrial computer. The integrated driller operation and control system adopts the technology of positive pressure explosion proof, and complies with APIRp500. It is available for control of trip, traveling block position, automatic bit feed and manual bit feed, disc type brake and dynamic braking, rotary speed and torque, sludge pump stroke, electromechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic PLC.
Integrated instrumentation control system
Through field sensors, encode, transmitter and other data acquisition units, this system can send drilling parameters to PLC, and after calculation and operation, display the following parameters on the touch screen, IPC and remote terminal: hanging load, bit pressure, well depth, rate of penetration, rotary speed, rotary torque, pump stroke, pump pressure, liquid level in mud sump, return flow at outlet, pumping times, traveling block position, ton/km and other derivative parameters.
Anti-collision control system of traveling block
Through a drum encoder and control system, it can realize automatic control of the traveling block position to prevent collision.
Magnetic eddy current brake control system
It can control the torque of magnetic eddy current brake for stable lowering of traveling block.
