The full-digital brake clearance monitoring system is based on advanced PLC control technologies, uses high-precision displacement sensor and user-friendly operator interface unit (OIU) for monitoring over the clearance between disc-shaped brakes of the main belt, brake disc temperature, brake rubber wear and oil pressure in the hydraulic station.

This system enables easy adjustment and setting of control parameters and functions in response to change in the production environment at the time of use, maintenance or adjustment of brake clearance. In the event of fault alarm, the causes and points of fault can be found out soon by checking the alarm information.

This system is composed of control cabinet, monitoring platform and various sensors.

The control cabinet consists of FATEKPLCCPU, digital I/O module, analog input module, PLC power supply, DC24V power supply, communication signal converter, miniature circuit breaker, intermediate relay, terminal blocks, fuse and etc.

The sensors include 16 displacement sensors, 4 infrared temperature sensors and 1 pressure sensor.
