1. Warranty System
(1) Scope of warranty: All CHN-Drive products sold through the recognized channels.
(2) Term of warranty: The warranty period is one year after field application or 18 months after delivery, whichever is earlier; and “three guarantees” will be provided.
(3) Content of warranty services: CHN-Drive authorizes engineers to coordinate with customers in troubleshooting by phone within 1 hour after receipt of failure notice. After a failure is confirmed, CHN-Drive engineers or suppliers will be assigned immediately for maintenance (time of maintenance no longer than 20 working days).
Any defective product will be replaced for free within 30 days after delivery.
2. After-sale Service System
The Sales Department of CHN-Drive has established an after-sale service group, which can provide full after-sale services, supplement and strengthen your technical skills, and meet your demands.
(1) Technical support by phone
CHN-Drive will provide 5x8 technical supports by phone, suggest the solutions upon receipt of fault report, and offer technical guidance by phone till the fault is eliminated thoroughly.
(2) Technical support by E-mail
CHN-Drive provides 24-hour online supports by E-mail (chndrive@163.com), by which, any of your problems will be timely notified to the after-sale service group for solution within the shortest time and by the most reasonable means as possible.
(3) Technical support on the site
In the event that any problem can not be solved by phone or E-mail, the after-sale service group of CHN-Drive will provide on-site technical supports till the fault is eliminated thoroughly.
(4) Training service
CHN-Drive will provide product training, technical training, operation training, and other training services for users.
(5) Regular visits
<1> Call visit
On the premise that customer agrees, engineers with the Sales Department of CHN-Drive will pay call visits on a regular basis for timely understanding the operating conditions of equipments and satisfaction of the customer with CHN-Drive services, and providing services actively and timely.
<2> Site visit
On the premise that customer agrees, engineers with the Sales Department of CHN-Drive will pay site visits for field test of equipments, training and communicating with the customer on the latest technologies and trends in the industry.
