Recently, SINOCHEM OIL and China Telecom jointly unveiled a preferential refueling campaign with “Bestpay” in a gas station of SINOCHEM OIL in Beijing, which means SINOCHEM OIL has become the first partner of China Telecom “Bestpay” among gas stations in Beijing, and marks a brand new method of payment for refueling in this region.

It is acknowledged that “Bestpay” is a kind of differential service launched by China Telecom that integrates school-enterprise card, bus card, bank card and other applications in cell phone for substituting for the traditional method of payment by bank card. This campaign launched by SINOCHEM OIL and China Telecom last from November 8 to December 31, 2012, during which, any customers refueling at gas stations of SINOCHEM OIL and paying with “Bestpay” will enjoy a discount of 0.54 yuan/L to the most. 

It is learned at a TOTAL gas station of SINOCHEM OIL in Wangjing district, Beijing that many drivers have tried the “Bestpay” and obtained preference in refueling. A driver in refueling said, the “Bestpay“ campaign jointly launched by SINOCHEM OIL and China Telecom was very intimate as it saved fuel expense and made it easy for payment.

The “Bestpay“ campaign is a great event in the process of information cooperation, and marks a new stage and higher level of cooperation between both parties.
