On July 9 afternoon, the company held a symposium of new employees in the meeting room, at which, leaders, responsible persons of various departments and new comers were present for discussion and communication.
The General Manager gave a brief introduction of product development and expressed his earnest expectations for new employees. He said, after the beginning of this year, the company introduced a number of graduates from universities and colleges to infuse new blood; new employees were new force and the hope of the company. He encouraged the new comers to take heart, mutually communicate, fit in the groups soon and work hard energetically. Whether in business or administrative departments, or as a technical worker, they should learn more about professional fundamentals, ideology, politics and experiences; practice and enrich themselves in a thoroughgoing manner, and lay emphasis on cultivation of good personality and ethics; and devote to work, so as to become a useful and competent person, realize their own values and group with the company.
At the symposium, new employees expressed their opinions, spoke out freely, and raised their ideas and suggestions on development and difficulties of life and work. After listening to speeches of new employees, leaders of the company made arrangements for enriching cultural life, creating good work and living environments for them on the spot.
