I. Marketing Assistant (1)
Responsibilities:
1. Preparation/submission of sales contracts, bidding documents, training and learning materials of the Marketing Department, sorting and safekeeping of customer materials, maintenance of customer relations, communication with and reception of customers;
2. Sales order processing;
3. Preparation of sales reports and collection of sales information;
4. Management of marketing documents;
5. Management of marketing materials;
6. Able to conduct business communication/negotiation, speak English fluently, and proficient in written translation of product brochures and overseas market planning.
Job qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree or above in electrical, marketing or related specialties, CET-4;
2. Over three years of experiences in marketing, international trade or related fields.
